ODAA were appointed to oversee the construction phase of this 5 storey over basement 52 bedroom Hotel in the heart of Georgian Dublin at the junction of Mount Street and Stephen’s Place. Accommodation includes a restaurant at rooftop level along with a function/conference facility in a single storey basement. To enhance the relationship with its historical context, the design incorporates the retention of a section of an original shopfront facing onto Stephen’s Place. In addition, the brickwork facades will be finished using a lime slurry render, referencing historic building practices once common in this part of the city.
