Accommodation is spread over three floors, arranged as two storeys over basement with an external treatment of pigmented concrete and treated metal cladding. The planning constraints limited the opportunity to provide openings in all but one of the external elevations so a series of light wells and external spaces are used to provide daylight and amenity space at each level.
