ODAA were appointed to oversee the construction phase of this mixed use redevelopment in the centre of Bray Co. Wicklow consisting of over 26,000 SQ M of retail & commercial space over a two storey subterranean carpark. When complete, it will be a key component in the rejuvenation and regeneration of this part of the town, enhancing the areas civic identity through the provision of a new central plaza with pedestrian connections between Main Street and Quinsborough Road.
